Ramesh Mahtani welcomes Leonie Schliesing to The Booth Within

Leonie Schliesing is a multilingual voice actor and director based in the UK with roots in Germany and a background in musical theatre. Trained in theatre, screen and voice acting, she brings a dynamic blend of theatrical skill and screen presence to her voice work.
Her voice has been featured in global campaigns for brands like Playstation, Coca Cola, Decathlon and many more, as well as in audio dramas, video games, museum guides, and animation. Recent credits include Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, Wuthering Waves, Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Dr. Who: Operation Werewolf.
Leonie draws on experience and personal challenges to create honest, layered performances that bring authenticity and depth to every role. She’s also a coach who helps fellow creatives navigate the ups and downs of artistic life.
In The Booth Within, with warmth and candor, Leonie shares her journey as a queer, neurodiverse artist, reflecting on the nonlinear path that led her to voiceover—and the community she found when she stopped trying to fit in and started showing up as herself.
